Request medication refill

At Embrace Behavioral Health, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth, seamless experience when it comes to your medication refills. For requests made during our regular business hours, we guarantee a refill turnaround of 48-72 hours. If the request is submitted over the weekend, rest assured that your medications will be ready for refill within 48-72 hours from the beginning of the next business day. Our priority is your continuous care, and we’re dedicated to minimizing any potential interruptions to your treatment.

Controlled Substance Refills:

Prescriptions for controlled substances will be refilled only as per the doctor’s/nurse practitioner’s prescription and federal and state regulations. No early refills will be allowed. No refills will be provided if controlled substance medications are lost. If your medications were stolen, you will be required to provide a police report. It’s important to note that controlled substances cannot be refilled automatically or without physician consultation.

Mandatory Monthly Appointments:

All patients receiving controlled substances are required to have a scheduled appointment with their treating physician/nurse practitioner at least once per month. These appointments are a crucial part of monitoring the effectiveness of treatment, managing potential side effects, and assessing any risk or evidence of substance misuse or dependence.
